Returns

We accept return requests for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be in its original condition

• Have all original tags and packaging attached

• Not be damaged, washed, altered, or stained

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos showing the issue

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or returned after the applicable return period may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved and received, we will review the item.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
